How to Add Qustions to a Survey

To add your first question to your Survey, click Add Question on Page 1.

A pop-up window will appear where you can select the type of question you want. Select from Multiple Choice, Textbox, Write-In, Matrix, Rating Scale or Content. Once you select your question type, you can type or Paste the question text and set the options.
