Uploading Suppressed Contacts

Suppressing multiple contacts at once is as easy as importing a contact list. Create a spreadsheet of the contacts you wish to suppress. In the spreadsheet, you'll need to add a column for "Suppress", like this:
If there is a 1 in the suppress column, the contact will be suppressed during import. If there is a 0 in the suppress column, the contact will not be suppressed. You cannot bulk unsuppress contacts via import! Please contact your account manager if you need multiple records to be unsuppressed.
Save your spreadsheet as a CSV or TXT file, as you normally would for import, and map both the Email and Suppress fields (at a minimum):
