Changing a Password
If you wish to change your password while you are logged in to your account you can do so by clicking the toggle next to your username at the top left of the page.
At the bottom of your user's record you will find a Security section. You will be required to type in your current password to unlock this section. Once unlocked, you will be able to edit your username and password as well as create an API Token and make changes to Trusted Devices and Two Factor Authentication.
NOTE: If you are locked out of your account you can use the Forgot Password option on the login page to send yourself a new password. If you have a number of invalid password attempts, you may find your user account locked for security purposes. If this occurs you will not be able to receive the password reset email and will need to reach out to support@emfluence.com to unlock your account.
