Contact Activities
Available through the dropdown of the Reporting section, the Contact Activities report allows you to search for activities within the emfluence Marketing Platform.
At the top of the page, you will see the standard date filter option, the default is set to the last 7 days. In the Contact Activities report, you can select a category (SMS, Landing Pages, Surveys, Website Tracking, and SMS). NOTE: SMS and Website tracking must be available in your account for results to be returned. After selecting your Category you can either search for all activities in that category or filter for more specific results by choosing a category (for example, on emails you may only want Views rather than all email activities), and further filter the results by using either the campaign or workflow filters.
Above your results you will find options to show/hide the columns you wish to view, a download button to download your results in a file, and the add/remove from groups icon to either add or remove your search results from various groups within the emfluence Marketing Platform.
Emails
For emails, your Activity choices are Sent (i.e. anyone sent an email within this time period), Viewed, Clicked, Viewed as Webpage, Forwarded (using the F2F link), Shared (using the share link), Bounced, Complained, and Unsubscribed. If no activities are chosen, all will return in your report. If only one, such as Viewed, is chosen, only those results will be returned.
Landing Pages
For landing pages, your activity choices are Visited, Clicked a Link, or Converted (a conversion only occurs on an emfluence form when someone hits the submit button). If no activities are chosen, all will return in your report. If only one, such as Conversions, is chosen, only those results will be returned.
Surveys
For surveys, your activity choices are Started and Completed. If no activities are chosen, all will return in your report. If only one, such as Completed, is chosen, only those results will be returned.
Website Tracking
For website tracking, your activity choice is Visited Page. Since this is the only activity, there will not be a change in the results by choosing the activity or searching for all activities in this category.
SMS
For SMS, your activity choices are Sent (was sent a SMS message within this time period), Failed (the message could not be delivered), Unsubscribed, and Incoming Message (messages sent back from contacts to your messaging service) . If no activities are chosen, all will return in your report. If only one, such as Sent, is chosen, only those results will be returned.
