Content
The last question type - Content - doesn’t have to be a question. It allows you to easily insert text, images, or video into your Survey. You could use this to brand the top of your survey or use it in combination with another type of question to provide context for the survey respondent..
A full WYSIWYG Editor allows you to add text, images, tables, etc. to create a piece of content that can go anywhere within your survey.
Click Save & Close to insert your question.
You'll see your new survey question appear on the Survey Design page.
A Content question can also be used above or below another question for context. For example, if you are having people choose from four different possibilities and want to visually remind them what they look like, you could use a Content question to add the image(s). Then, below your Content, you could add a Multiple Choice question to allow your survey respondents to vote on their choice.
