Email Alerts for Survey Responses

One of our most requested features in 2015 was for a way to be alerted of completed surveys. You ask, we deliver!

Now, when you create a survey, in the Options tab, you can add email response processing, just like you can in Forms,
so that every time someone completes your survey, their survey response set will be emailed to the address(es) you choose.

(You can even customize the subject line of the email alert.)

TIP: if you know you'll have hundreds of responses, you may want to set up a rule in your inbox that filters them to a folder for you to check later!

This feature makes it easy to keep track of responses, but also allows for easy sharing with colleagues or clients,
whether or not they have direct access to your emfluence account.

To add an email alert for all new responses, go to the Options tab of your survey

Scroll down to Response Processing. Type the email address you want to send completed survey responses to as they happen

NOTE: You can customize the subject line of this email -- especially useful if you're sending it straight to a colleague or client!

Every time someone completes your survey, this alert will go out within minutes to the email address or addresses you've specified.
