Email Metrics Over Time

Not to be confused with the Metrics Over Time chart found in Automated Emails, the Email Metrics Over Time reporting can be found in the Reporting section by hovering over the Reporting icon and selecting the chart from the quick links available.



Email Metrics Over Time will allow you to compare all volume in your account in a month by month chart. The default range will look at the past 12 months, but you can edit it by changing the date range and then clicking Load Report to see your results. Results in the chart will load month by month as the data is pulled back. Given the volume and date range, this make take a few moments to load. Once the results are loaded, you can use the legend under the chart to change the values being applied. For example, Sent is going to be a large metric that may skew the rest of your data making it hard to read, so you can click Sent in the legend below to remove it from the list. You will also find a table of the data displayed under the chart.



NOTE: The metrics in this report are calculated by the date they occurred which may not be the same date the email was sent. As this data is calculated differently, it means it may not match up exactly with the manual and automated email reports also available in the reporting section.
