Email Recipients Over Time
The Email Recipients Over Time Report can be found in the Reports dropdown options. You can use this report to download a list of all recipient sent to in a given period (up to a maximum of 90 days).
Select the date range for your report (up to a maximum of 90 days) and click the Download Report button to download your file.
Your file will include six columns: emailID (the internal ID for emfluence for that email), Delivery Type (whether it was a Manual, Automated, or Transactional email), the Date Sent, the internal contactID of that recipient, and the email address of that recipient. Once you download the file, you can sort the columns in Excel by email or contactID to find the number of emails a specific contact got during your date range.
