Embed a Survey in a Landing Page

Though surveys are ready to share as is, you may want to embed your survey into a branded landing page and share it using a branded URL. If you don’t have access to the Landing Pages section or you don’t have any branded landing page templates yet, contact your account representative.

To add your survey to a landing page go to the Pages section, and create a new page.

If you are using the Drag & Drop Editor

Choose the theme you want to start with and create your page.

In the section where you want to put your survey, pull the Survey icon from the right-sidebar and drop it in. Using the dropdowns, choose the survey from the choices available. NOTE: If the survey is deactivated you will see a warning when adding it to your page.

If you are using the Legacy Editor

Select the branded template you’d like to place your survey into (you may have to click Next to continue to the next step). Create your page. When you are ready to insert your survey, place your cursor in the content area of the page where you want to insert the survey, and click the Survey button on the Editor (located next to the form button).

A pop up will let you select your survey. You can seletct one from the dropdown or create a brand new survey. If you need to edit and existing survey, choose it from the dropdown and then click the Edit Selected Survey Button. Once you have your survey selected and are ready to add it, click OK.

You will then see the first page of your survey appear in your Landing Page.

Click Next to go to the Settings page and control which users have access to the survey.

Toggle Active to “yes” and click Save to publish your page.

Click the URL to preview your live Page with your live Survey!  You can share this URL with your audiences to start tracking responses.

You can also share your branded survey via email, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn right from the emfluence Marketing Platform.
