You can enable single sign-on through the emfluence Marketing Platform through Microsoft's Entra. To use Entra to allow sign-ins for influence, you will need to have the proper access and permissions necessary to create an application in Microsoft Azure. The app will need to be set up in Azure and users will need to be mapped in emfluence. Once SSO is enabled for a user, their entire login process will be controlled by Entra and users will need to login to the URL you create when setting up the configuration or use the SSO option which will appear on the regular emfluence login page (only after a first successful SSO login has been made in that browser).

NOTE: To set up Entra for a resseller account, you would navigate to the Reseller Gateway, click on "Manage SSO," and follow the same configuration setup. If you want separate login control for the individual accounts, for client users who log directly in to only a single account, you will need to set those up separately.

Once you have your application successfully connected, you will then be able to map users from Microsoft Azure into emfluence. Only the users mapped via Entra will use Entra to log in. To set up users, click on Map Users on the connected app. Find the user you want to connect, check the box to "Map User" and type or paste the Entra User Principal Name in the matching field. Don't forget to save.

You can choose to force require SSO across your client or reseller account by clicking on the Settings under your configuration. This is disabled by default. To enable, click the pencil and in the pop-up, slide the setting to Require all users to login with Single Sign-On (SSO). Save and confirm.
Once set, anyone not properly mapped who can't complete their login through Entra will be unable to login. You can choose to add one or more users to be exempt from using SSO by choosing their emfluence user from the list. They will still be able to login using their emfluence username and password. If you choose to force SSO it is suggested to exempt at least one user (as in the case of Entra going down no one would be able to log in to your account).
