emfluence Marketing Platform Dashboard

Once you have logged in you will be greeted by the Dashboard. It was designed as a way for you to see all of your important data at a glance. Using the Customize button at the bottom of the screen you can customize what you want to see on your dashboard. This allows you to remove sections that don't apply to your account (such as if you haven't connected Instagram or don't use SMS through emfluence). It also allows you to drag and re-order what you want kept on the page by dragging the three-line menu of each section above or below other sections to layer your page in a way that makes the most sense to your user..

One of the most useful features of the Dashboard is the Navigation Bar located across the top of the screen. The Navigation bar will remain in place regardless of what section you are in as a quick way to maneuver through the Marketing Platform. All sections of the Marketing Platform can be accessed through the icons in the navigation bar. Just under the Navigation bar you will find quick links to the Options menu (where you can control account settings), a link to the Help section, and a search bar for a quick contact search.

Calendar

• Visually lay out your social messages and manual emails on a calendar. Either create placeholders to be finished at a later date, or complete the messages without ever leaving the calendar.

Campaigns

• Organize your messages into a campaign to view the performance of the metrics
• Create and edit Workflows to control you automated email campaigns
• Set-up, use, and track website tracking on your website

Messages

• Access drafts or sent messages of (both email and social)
• Create a new message (both email and social)
• Create and manage automated emails
• View the summary report for sent messages

Pages

• Create landing pages to direct your subscribers to while tracking their activity
• Activate (or inactivate) landing pages
• Set-up managed domains
• Create a pop-up modal of a landing page to use on your website

Content

• Create and manage surveys
• Create and manage forms
• Create and manage content blocks and signatures
• Manage and upload images
• Create and edit landing pages

Contacts

• Import a new file of contacts
• Create new contacts individually
• Search your contacts by group, contact, or in the advanced search using Query Builder

Reports

• Robust reports covering contact growth, website tracking, and statistics for automated, manual, and transactional emails

Quick Links

On the left of your Dashboard you will find the Quick Links section, which can be used to quickly access the areas in the Marketing Platform you will be using most. The quick links change as you navigate from one section to another, each are relevant to the section you are working in.

Scheduled  Messages

On the top of the dashboard, above your audience charts, you will find any scheduled messages set to be sent in your account.
(Restricted Users: you will only see the emails you personally have sent through the Marketing Platform. Standard and Administrative Users: may view all the emails sent through the system.)

Audience Charts

The Audience Charts will offer a quick glance of current metrics in your account. The Contacts chart will show change in contacts over time while also offering a count of Available (contacts who can be sent to), Held (contacts who have been held in the emfluence Marketing Platform after bouncing), and Suppressed (contacts who have unsubscribed) contacts. If you have connected Google Analytics and social networks (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) you will also see metrics in those sections as well.

Top Contacts & Top Domains by Contact Score

This list provides your most active contacts. Top Contacts will list you most active individual contacts by contact score descending. Top Domains will aggregate your contact score by domain and show you which domains are the most active by contact score descending.

Recent Messages

Here you will find a list of the most recent emails and social messages sent from your account.

Recent Pages

Recent pages will show recent activity for your active landing pages.
