Matrix Question
The Matrix question type is similar to the Rating Scale question type, but without the weighted answers. The Matrix question is relevant when you’re not looking for an Average score, but you’re looking for the most popular answer.
Begin by typing your question in the Question Text box.
Next, type the choices which you're analyzing for the most popular answer as the Column Choices. You can check the box to make this question required for survey-takers.
You can provide one or many row choices, which should contain the item(s) which you're trying to gain feedback on.
Click Save & Close to insert your question.
You'll see your new survey question appear on the Survey Design page.
