Microsoft Dataverse (Dynamics, PowerApps, etc.)

Version 3 of the emfluence integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available to emfluence clients. The emfluence Dynamics integration will allow you to connect data from your Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the emfluence Marketing Platform. Control of the integration is in the Options menu under Linked Accounts, Sites, and API.

This includes:

• Sync Dynamics entities (Leads, Contacts, Custom Entities) to emfluence contacts
• Sync emfluence landing page form submissions to Dynamics entities
• Sync suppression, bounce, and contact score data from emfluence to Dynamics
• Sync emfluence activities to Dynamics activities
• Embed emfluence contact data in Dynamics forms
• Full emfluence Marketing Platform interface embedded in Dynamics

What you will need to get started:

• Access to your emfluence Platform account
• Access to your Microsoft Dynamics account with System Administrator privileges
• The Dynamics Web API URL for your Microsoft Dynamics Environment.
• Your Azure Tenant ID
• Consent from your Azure Administrator
