Logging on to Reseller Accounts

emfluence offers Reseller logins for those clients who have multiple end-user accounts and need to be able to easily move between these separate accounts without having to log in and out of the platform or remember several separate logins and passwords. To log into to your Reseller account, you would login the same way you would with a client-specific login.

After logging in, you will be taken to the Reseller Gateway. This will show you all the accounts you have access to with your reseller login. The Reseller Gateway provides a combined contact total, and you can expand the individual accounts to see recent emails. For further information, you can log into the individual account by clicking the Switch to Client button for that account.

Clicking "Back to Client List" will allow you to return to the reseller gateway and log-in to a different account.
