Salesforce

Our standard integration with Salesforce is available to emfluence clients upon request.

This integration includes:

• Two-way data synchronization of Contacts and Leads
• Two-way management of emfluence Groups
• Campaign reporting, including core delivery statistics
• Full emfluence Marketing Platform interface embedded in Salesforce
• emfluence campaign activity recorded in Contact/Lead record

The emfluence Salesforce connector was built and is maintained for emfluence by ProCore/Iolite. There are costs with using the Salesforce connector which can be part of your itemized bill for emfluence or can be paid to ProCore directly. These include a $1,500 setup fee which covers working with you to connect your Salesforce instance to your emfluence account and a monthly fee of $350/mo.
