Saving Contact Lists as CSV and TXT Files
Click ‘File’ in the top-right corner, and then click on ‘Save As’ in the drop-down menu. Using the file type dropdown choose either CSV Comma Delimited or TXT Tab Delimited.
CSV will automatically detect commas and slice up the document using them as separators. For example, if emfluence, LLC was present in the document, ‘emfluence’ and ‘LLC’ will be split into two columns.
Text will transfer all the data into only text. The text will appear in the same order, but will not be separated by columns and rows.
