Scheduling & Throttling Messages

By default on a manual send "Send Manually" is pre-selected. If you don’t need to set your email up on a schedule, and want it to go out ASAP just click through to the next step.
If you wish to schedule your email to deliver at a future date or time, toggle the radio button to "Set a delivery date/time." As you do this a pop-up will appear for you to insert the date and time you wish to schedule your email. NOTE: It’s important to remember that emails are scheduled based on CST, so be sure to take note of the current server date and time listed on this step and schedule your message accordingly.
If you need to slow down delivery of your send for any reason, you can employ Throttling. By default, no throttling is set on a message. By setting Custom Throttling rather than attempt to deliver your emails at once, they will be evenly distribued over the number of hours you select (between 2 and 48).
