Searching for Inactive or Unengaged Contacts

In Query Builder use the example Active/Inactive queries to search for inactive users in either the last 6 months or last 12 months. You can also edit the timeframe to be more specific for your needs, or limit your source group to a specific group within the platform (such as your Newsletter group).
When you choose your date range you will see your query is looking for dates added before your search who either are inactive during your timeframe (Last Email Activity Date Before...) or have never opened since they were added (Last Email Activity Date Is Blank).
Once you have your list you can save those contacts as a new Static Group for a reengagement campaign. Or, if you already have an automated reengagement campaign in place, you can save your query as a Dynamic Group which will automatically email contacts who become inactive in your specified timeframe.
