Sending an Email
The Send Email step gives you one more opportunity to check the email details, review the chosen recipient groups, and look at any warnings or errors that may cause complications for your recipients. If changes need to be made you can click on the step in the top navigation or in the quick link provided in the Error/Warning list.
Errors are issues that need to be resolved prior to sending (this would include not filling out a From Name or From Address, not choosing any valid recipients to send to, or having a scheduled time in the past). Warnings are items you may wish to change prior to sending, but will not prevent you from clicking Send. These include things like having Test or Copy in your subject line, alerting you that you are using variables in your from name or form address, or if the size of your HTML is over the 100KB suggested limit (staying under this limit will help prevent potential deliverability issues).
These notations are also shown on the individual steps at the top, if you hover over one, it will provide the same information as is displayed on the Send step.
Once you have fixed any errors you should be able to click the button which will either say Send (if you are sending without a schedule) or Schedule (if you have scheduled the email to go out in the future). You can stop a scheduled delivery up until the time the email is sent.
NOTE: All errors must be resolved prior to you sending/scheduling. If you still have unresolved warnings you will recieve a message to accept that you are aware of them before you can send your email. To do so, check the Accepted box and click Yes.
