SMS Inbox
The SMS Inbox is where you can find responses to the SMS messages you have sent through the emfluence Marketing Platform. Using the filters at the top, you can limit your search by keyword, a contact's mobile number or email address, or date sent. If your account uses multiple messaging services, the information provided will help you see which messaging service and number the contact is replying to.
On the contact's record, under the SMS tab, you have the ability to respond to the contact's message (as long as your user has the proper permissions). If your account has multiple messaging services set up, and the default is the number you need to reply back to, you can choose a different number at the bottom of the page by clicking the pencil next to the name of the messaging service selected.
You can also set up keywords as triggers in workflows using the SMS Keyword Trigger.
