Syncing External Social Messages

When linking a social media account to your emfluence account, you can choose to sync all messages on that platform for that profile and see certain metrics for even those posts that didn't come from the emfluence Platform. For example, if you sync your Twitter account, all of your live tweets will be brought into your Sent messages tab and you can track Favorites and ReTweets. If you sync your Facebook page, things like your mobile photo uploads/posts will be pulled into your account for tracking Likes, Shares and Comments.

If you want to sync all messages from a social account, go to Manage that account under Options > Linked Accounts and toggle Sync Messages to yes.
