Giving Users Template Builder Access

Note: Before taking the following steps make sure you contact support@emfluence.com to request Template Builder be turned on for your company's account.

Once your account has Template Builder enabled you will be able to give individuals access to Template Builder through the Users Options Menu at the top right of the page.

Clicking through to System Users a client admin can change any user's permissions by clicking on their name and then, under Permissions, make sure they have "Manage Templates" permission checked under the Email Management section.
