Unpublish a Workflow

If you ever need to unpublish a workflow, you can do so by clicking the Unpublish button on the upper-right of the canvas when viewing a workflow. When you unpublish, the version that was your published version will be saved as a new draft. This means if you had an existing draft it will be overwritten. Once saved as a draft, the published version will be deleted.

You also have the choice to Pause the Emails with a workflow. Without checking this box, contacts currently pending for emails will still receive them based on the delay of each email. If you want to stop everyone from getting emails in the workflow immediately, you should also check the box to pause emails.
