Using the Reports Section

 

The Reports section, found in the top right corner of the Marketing Platform, offers several options for customizing your report data and even create scheduled reports to receive in your inbox.

 



By default, the report will show Current Month. To change the date range, click on the dropdown to choose other options including Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, and Last Year. You also have the ability to choose a custom date range (custom ranges can have a maximum length of up to 18 months).

 

Reporting

You can further filter your report by choosing only a specific Campaign, Workflow, or User. You can also choose to display any or all of the following: Manual Emails, Automated Emails, Transactional Emails, Social Posts, and Landing Pages.

 

Email Reporting

Once you have your date and filters selected you can click View Report to see your results. You can also choose to email a copy of the report to yourself, save the report for re-use, or download your results as a CSV.

 

 

Once you have saved a report you will have the option to schedule an email of that report. First, choose all email recipients you wish to receive the report. Next, edit the report title to how you want it to show up in your email. By default, the frequency of your report and the internal title you saved will be part of its title.

 

 

You can choose to have the report delivered daily, weekly, or monthly. For weekly or monthly you will be required to choose on which day you want the report to be sent.

 

 

Scheduled reports will be delivered to your inbox on the scheduled days. If you have chosen to include multiple types (Manual Emails, Automated Emails, Social posts, and Landing Pages) these will be separated out into different sections. Note: Reports will display up to 100 entries of each type (manual email, automated email, social, and pages).
