View Survey Results

Once you’ve shared a survey with your audience, you can view results as a whole or individually by response to sift through feedback. To view or download your Survey responses, go to the Content section, and click the graph icon next to your Survey to View Responses. 

You can view aggregated results in your results Summary.

From the Summary view, you'll see general/average response rates, formatted uniquely for each question type.  For example:

Multiple Choice - One Answer:

Rating Type:

Matrix Type:

View written-in responses for Write-in or Textbox questions, or "Other" responses for Multiple Choice questions, by clicking Show Responses.

Or, go to the Browse tab to view individual responses and, if available, the email address associated with that Survey response.

TIP: You can only view individual response contact information if you insert the survey link in an email, using the Pages/Survey dropdown menu. See the quick 2-step instructions for inserting a survey link here.
