Export Survey Results

 

You can export your responses to an Excel spreadsheet or download a PDF summary. To start, go to the Download tab.

You can filter your responses by date range, contact data, and choose whether you want to include incomplete responses.

 

Choose which format you want: Excel will provide a spreadsheet of all responses. PDF will provide a summary that looks like the Summary tab.

The PDF summary will look very similar to your Summary results in the Platform, but will not include the expanded write-in responses.

You can choose to include links or disable links to the Survey results in the Platform for full write-in responses.

You can choose to include Contact data with your responses IF your survey was sent via email and is tied to/tracked by Contact.

 

 

You may opt to condense columns (like those in a matrix or rating scale question) into one column, or expand the data to show each possible answer choice in individual columns.

You may also opt to view your results as Numeric Values, or as Text.  Take the following Survey question as an example:

 

 

Results as Choice Text would display the field label as the answers:

 

 

and Numeric Values would display the field numerical values:
