Reason for Unsubscribing

Results of contacts who offer a reason for their unsubscribe will be recorded in the Reason for Unsubscribing Report. The reasons recorded on the report are tied to the Preference Page in the Options menu. The Reason for Unsubscribing Report is located as one of the additional reports in the Reporting dropdown.

You can search for specific contacts or emails in the dropdowns or search an entire date range across all contacts and emails who have unsubscribed during that time period. A download of the report is also available.
