SMS Reporting
Reporting for SMS messages can be found in the emfluence Reporting section. Both Manual and Automated SMS messages are available in the display choices of the main report. SMS actions (Sent, Failed, Unsubscribed, and Incoming Messages) are also available in the Contact Activities report in the Reporting section if you are looking for all unsubscribes over a period of time. And, like emails, individual reporting can be found in the individual SMS messages.
SMS Message Reporting
As with Email Reporting, you can go into a single SMS message and view the metrics for that send. The metrics for SMS included Queued and Pending Confirmation (those waiting to be delivered), Unknown (those sent but not yet confirmed delivered), Delivered, Failed (any message unable to be delivered), and Unsubscribes (anyone that unsubscribes). Like with email metrics, all of these links are clickable to see results from that category displayed underneath.
Any contact that unsubscribes will have that unsubscribe recorded in the SMS tab of the contact record. If they resubscribe, that too will be recorded. If they are currently unsubscribed from one or more messaging services, you will see those listed on the Contact Detail tab under SMS Opt Out.
