How to Manage Campaigns

 

For emails and social messages, you can always add them to campaigns as you make them. Clicking into a Campaign will allow you to add and remove emails, workflows, social messages, pages, surveys, and events (which only appear on the calendar). Click on the tab of each type to see existing items in the campaign an then use the +Add Button to search and add to the campaign.For example, to add a manual email, click on the Manual Email tab and click +Add Manual Emails. In the pop-up you can search by Status, Keywords, and Owner to limit your search. Check the boxes for all emails you wish to add and click Add to Campaign when you are finished.
