Using Signatures
NOTE: Signatures are an older feature. Consider using Content Blocks rather than a Signature. This feature is similar to content blocks, as it allows you to create signature blocks that will be stored in the system to insert into emails. You can use it for traditional email signatures, i.e. John Q Smith, President of Acme, Inc. Signature files are private and tied to an individual account - you and any Administrative users are the only ones who can see, use, make changes to or delete this signature content.
To create a new signature, go to Content, Signatures and click Add New Signature.
From here you can compose a signature just like you would in Outlook â just add the info you want in your signature and click Save.
To insert pre-created content into an email during the Compose step, you can drag the Signature from the Drag & Drop Editor or, if you are using the Standard Editor or wish to put a Signature inside a pre-existing Text block, you can add it by clicking the Content Block icon on the editor, choosing the Signature tab, searching for the right block, and adding it into your Text block. The same is true of Content Blocks as well. Signature Files only belong to your account, whereas Content Blocks can be shared.
