If you need to disconnect your integration, you can do so in the integration menu in emfluence in the Microsoft Dataverse Integration menu at the bottom of the page.Click the Delete Environment button to remove the integration.

If you are permanently removing emfluence from your CRM you may also want to take the final steps to remove emfluence components in CRM. When integrating emfluence with Dynamics, some components may be installed in your environment depending on how your integration was configured. In the event that you need to remove your integration, you may also want to remove these components from your Dynamics environment.
Warning! If you are not removing emfluence from your Dynamics environment, any changes to these components may result in your integration not working as intended.
If you embedded the emfluence UI in your environment, these items may need to be removed:
emfluence Marketing Platform Login Page
Components -> Web Resources
emfluence Link in Site Map
Components -> Client Extensions
emfluence Contact Detail Form
Components -> Entities -> {Each mapped entity} -> Forms -> {Each embedded form} -> emfluence/Marketing
If you synced activities from emfluence to Dynamics, any entities that begin with "emfluence" (e.g. "emfluence Email: View") may need to be removed, depending on which activities were configured to sync.
